9/4/2023 0 Comments Rumlogng vs dogparkpulls data from qrz (if you’re a qrz xml subscriber) and shows a call’s location on a map as soon as you type it in, as well as populates common metadata from qrz. utilizes the Touch Bar on MacBooks, if you have it. It helps the interface look clean and tailors the order to the way that helps you find recent qso’s easily. you can re-arrange and choose which details the main logging list shows. My Sunday night routine is to make an ADIF of my new qso’s from the week and upload it to both qrz and qsoMap. Unfortunately it doesn’t upload to QRZ, but you can simply export to an ADIF file every week or so and upload it. RUMlogNG: It is extremely simple to upload new QSO’s to LOTW and eQSL - it’s not automatic but only takes 2-3 clicks and gives you confirmation that it was successful or let’s you know if there are any issues/dupes. I preferred to spend the $100 on radio hardware instead of software at the time. I downloaded macloggerdx and after a few minutes realized that it seems to do over 95% of the same things as RUMlogNG, but for a hefty price. I haven’t used macloggerdx longer than what the trial gave me, so I can’t compare in-depth, but I chose to go with RUMlogNG and absolutely love it. r/spaceweather - Weather In SPACE!!! /r/WSJTX - Weak Signal Modes! r/parksontheair/ - POTA (Parks On The Air) r/amateursatellites/ - Satellite weather RX r/mursradio/ - related to the Multi-Use Radio Service in the USA. r/hamcasters - ham related youtube, podcasts and more r/hamdevs - Hardware/Software Development r/flexradiosystems - Flex Your SDR Muscles r/EmComm - Subreddit For Emergency Communications r/baofeng - Subreddit Dedicated to the Baofeng Radio r/hamitforward - Pay It Forward, ham radio style r/MMDVM - Multi Media Digital Voice Modem r/hamspots - Tell others about on air stations r/dmr - For the digitalest radio contacts r/amateurradio group on the Brandmeister network - TG 98003 - Listen Live - This talkgroup is bridged to AllStarLink node 48224 and Echolink node W5RI-L and on D-Star via XLX216 Module E Related Subreddits Have access to either DMR (on the Brandmeister Network), Echolink, Allstar or D-Star?
